Coming to Korea, I was prepared for getting stared at. However, I was not prepared for the blatant, stare-you-down-regardless-of-how-awkward-this-is kind of stares I can get at times. Result? Now I stare people down as well. It's a sort of chicken game. Who will look away first?!
